Position: Accountant Executive Department: Accounting & Finance Location: Mexico City
Overview:
The ideal candidate should have good interpersonal skills to communicate with people.
This role
involves accounting tasks, such as managing and uploading information into the internal system,
handling many payment process requests, supporting the department supervisor, and being
highly organized.
A good attitude towards teamwork is also essential.
Responsibilities:
• Upload information in the internal system
• Invoicing and Reports
• Tax payments
• Good control in the banks
• Tracking and responding to emails
• Control of all company payments
Requirements:
• Good Communication in English (B2, written and spoken).
• Excellent service attitude and can-do attitude.
• Computer knowledge, general knowledge of Microsoft Office, and ability to quickly learn new systems.
