The Accounting Clerk will be providing accounting and clerical assistance to the Finance department and will report directly to the Director of Finance.
The accounting function will involve the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and reporting, as well as implementing process improvements.
The Accounting Clerk will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Preparation and review of monthly balance sheet account reconciliations and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate third-party billing with account managers to ensure accuracy of billing and revenue configurations within our CRM.
- Develop and maintain company policies related to the Finance function.
- Maintaining the general ledger.
