Rockford – Your Partner in Quality Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Associate to join our team.
What you'll be doing:
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of accounting data and records.
- Prepare and submit accounting reports within required deadlines.
- Provide reports and supporting documents as requested by the Accounting Head related to assigned tasks.
- Record and update financial transactions in the accounting system in a timely manner.
- Review and analyze “due to” and “due from” accounts and prepare necessary adjusting entries.
- Maintain and organize accounting files and records to ensure completeness and proper documentation.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the General Manager from time to time
What we're looking for:
- With experience in an accounting or related role
- Proficient in using accounting software or systems
