Accounting Associate

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Associate to manage payroll processing and billing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate salary computation, timely invoicing, and proper documentation in compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely payroll, including salary computation and government-mandated deductions
• Prepare and issue client invoices and monitor accounts receivable
• Maintain payroll and billing records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with HR on attendance and employment updates affecting payroll
• Assist in basic accounting tasks, reporting, and audit requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in payroll and billing is an advantage
