**The Accounting Assistant provides financial and administrative support to the Corporate Legal Department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
This role works closely with the Corporate Legal Department based in the U.S. on tasks such as**:
- Processing payments for services.
- Assisting with monthly planning.
- Supporting the preparation of monthly and annual department financial reports and ensuring proper follow-up.
- Managing expense reports.
- Preparing purchase requisitions.
- Assisting with other departmental tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Technical accounting degree or high school diploma.
- Advance English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Experience working with international or U.S. based corporate teams is desirable.
