Job Summary
The Accounting Assistant provides administrative and accounting support to the Finance Department by ensuring the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. The role assists in managing accounts payable and receivable, sales and inventory reconciliations, bank transactions, financial documentation, and compliance with company policies. In the food and beverage industry, the Accounting Assistant works closely with purchasing, warehouse, production, operations, and sales teams to ensure the accuracy of inventory costs, supplier payments, and daily sales reporting.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system accurately and on time.
2. Prepare journal entries, payment vouchers, official receipts, and supporting accounting documents.
