The Accounting Assistant – Inventory & Purchasing supports the Finance and Operations teams by assisting in procurement processing, inventory control, and accurate financial documentation. The role ensures that purchasing transactions, inventory movements, and related records are properly documented, system‑recorded, and compliant with internal controls. The Accounting Assistant plays a key role in maintaining accurate data within the ERP system (QuickBooks) to support efficient project operations and reliable financial reporting for CLIXLogic.
