What You’ll Take On
- Post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately.
- Accounts Payable (AP) tasks: Set up vendors, review and book purchase orders, invoices, and bank payments.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Assist with the monthly and yearly financial closing processes.
- Prepare audit information to meet monthly and yearly requirements.
