SCHEDULE: Tuesday-Saturday
- Monday - DAY OFF
- Tuesday -8:*****:30 (9.5 hours work and 1 hour lunch)
- Wednesday - 8:*****:00 (10 hours work and 1 hour lunch)
- Thursday - 8:*****:00 (10 hours work and 1 hour lunch)
- Friday - 8:*****:00 (10 hours work and 1 hour lunch)
- Saturday - 9:*****:30 (8.5 hours work and 1 hour lunch)
- Sunday - DAY OFF
This job is working as a bookkeeper for a US-based property management company.
The company rents apartments and houses.
You will be updating financial records daily using Excel, Google Sheets, and other property management software.
You will be involved in all other aspects of property management including issues from the time they are interested in moving in to the day they move out.
