Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Answer and direct phone calls, and coordinate support activities to ensure smooth office operations
  • Manage village entry and exit of visitors, ensuring proper validation prior to entry
  • Coordinate with drivers and bodyguards for assigned tasks as instructed
  • Handle document processing, ensuring proper safekeeping and timely coordination of incoming and outgoing documents
  • Perform occasional out-of-office tasks as needed
  • Manage food orders (via phone or online platforms)
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as necessary
  • Maintain both physical and digital filing systems
  • Arrange deliveries and logistics when required
  • Book meeting rooms and coordinate appointments or travel arrangements
  • Ensure office cleanliness and overall organization
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
