**Responsabilities**
- Manage and guarantee monthly/ semi-monthly / weekly payroll accurately and within agreed timeframes ensuring the financial accuracy as per benefits and taxes consistent with Union and State wage and labor laws
- Manage procedures and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the payroll team through proper planning & scheduling
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of business operational improvements, identifying system deficiencies and providing input to potential system solutions
- Build strategic relations with other areas and collaborate with key partners to achieve desired business results
- Generation and distribution of key reports & analysis used for various purposes
- Ensure compliance with internal control requirements & SOX requirements
