Job Summary

Lead and execute end-to-end R2R accounting processes for assigned entities, ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and full compliance with company policies and global standards. Serve as a key business partner, supporting stakeholders and driving resolution of accounting issues while aligning processes across entities. Own multiple sets of books, maintaining high-quality delivery, strong controls, and consistency in accounting practices. Champion a “Right First Time” culture and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall R2R performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform R2R functions related to Balance Sheet Reconciliation, FCCS, Intercompany and month-end activities and reporting.
• Ensure all entries are posted to general ledger in Fusion accurately and timely, and prepare management reports for the assigned sets of books.
• Assist in the preparation of various audit requirements.
