Key Responsibilities
Provide support to the accounting team, including payroll processing and billing functionsPerform daily administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondenceCoordinate and arrange travel logistics for field crewsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records for contracts, permits, and critical documentationAssist with the preparation and distribution of project invoicesMonitor office supply levels and manage ordering as requiredCommunicate professionally with clients, vendors, employees, and subcontractorsRespond to incoming phone calls and emails, delivering a high level of customer service
