A reputable company in the downstream petroleum sector is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to support its finance and accounting operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing management reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and supporting budgeting, audits, and tax filings.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accounting records and prepare financial reports
Perform bank, stock, and account reconciliations
Support budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis
Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and internal control requirements
Assist with audits and management reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Professional qualification (ICAG/ACCA or part qualification) is an advantage
