Job Description:
The successful candidate will support the Financial Manager and broader finance team in ensuring the smooth running of all financial operations. Responsibilities include managing the cashbook and performing daily reconciliations, as well as maintaining the general ledger through accurate journal processing. The role also involves full debtor and creditor functions, including invoicing, reconciliations, and payment processing. In addition, you will be responsible for stock control, including capturing invoices and assisting with stock takes, as well as handling petty cash and general finance administration. This position requires a proactive individual who can take ownership of their duties and contribute to maintaining efficient and accurate financial processes.
