We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Accountant to manage full spectrum accounting functions and support our finance operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities- Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, FixedAssets, Bank Reconciliation)
- Payment processing and SOA reconciliation.
- Verify invoices and ensure accuracy prior to payment processing
- Perform month-end closing and Bank reconciliations
- Manage intercompany recharges and reconciliations
- Maintain and organize accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Prepare schedules for fixed deposits, investments, interest income and accounting schedules.
- Liaise with outsourced accounting firm, prepare and provide documents and schedules for accounting transactions.
