The Accountant provides full and proper accounting for all Southeast Asian entities of the Cleantech Group, contributing to accurate financial representation of the Group. Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To) Full Set of Accounts for SEA Entities
- Maintain full-set of accounts for SEA entities, including GL, AR, AP, fixed assets, and cash
- Perform month-end closing activities for SEA entities, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations
- Process andpost vendor invoices, including prepare AP ageing and ensure timely payments inline with cash flow planning
- AR responsibilities including customer invoicing, accurate AR posting, ageing monitoring, and collection follow-ups.
- Monitor and control project costs and WIP by tracking actuals, commitments, and accruals against budgets, preparing WIP schedules, and analysing variances to support accurate reporting and project costs.
