Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
General Ledger: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and intercompany transactions.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee vendor invoice processing, employee expense reports, and client billing cycles.
Tax Compliance: Prepare and file monthly and quarterly BIR tax returns (VAT, Expanded Withholding Tax, Income Tax)
Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors by preparing necessary schedules, workflows, and documentation.
Asset Management: Track corporate fixed assets, calculate depreciation, and manage inventory reconciliation.
Requirements & Qualifications :
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
Licensure: CPA license is highly preferred but not mandatory.
