Accountant

JOB SUMMARY:

The Accountant will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial recording, compliance with government regulations, and timely reporting of payables and receivables. The role requires proficiency in accounting systems, attention to detail, and the ability to support both internal operations and external compliance requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Encode Petty Cash Fund receipts from various sites into the Odoo accounting system.
• Assist in the preparation of voucher payables.
• Assist in the preparation and issuance of service invoices to clients.
• Review and check the completeness of voucher attachments.
• Issue BIR Form 2307 (Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source) to suppliers.
• Prepare monthly reports on payables and receivables.
• Assist in BIR compliance, including submission of SLSP, QAP, Alphalist, eSubmission, and other required reports.
