Our client an Accounting firm in Paarl is looking for an Accountant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan work according to daily, monthly, and yearly instructions.
- Prepare financial/management statements for:
- Companies & CCs (including bank reconciliations)
- Trusts (including bank reconciliations)
- Individuals (including balance sheets)
- Compile and submit:
- ITR14, ITR12, and ITR12T returns
- Provisional tax calculations and submissions for Companies, CCs, and Individuals
- Draft letters to clients and SARS
- Schedule and attend SARS appointments
- Compile management statements
- Conduct valuations
- Upload documents to SARS eFiling
- Follow up on payments, manage age analysis, and process handovers (in coordination with the Office Manager)
