Mission
Under the supervision of the Financial Controller, the Accounting Technician is responsible for performing various tasks related to the full accounting cycle, processing financial transactions, and providing administrative support related to accounting operations.
They contribute to the accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal procedures, while working closely with the finance team and the company’s various departments.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Record month‑end closing entries (depreciation, salaries, etc.)
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards on a monthly basis
- Act as a support resource for the accounting clerks on the team (accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer invoicing, collections)
- Perform various analyses at the Controller’s request
- Validate and document accounting processes to ensure compliance and consistency
