Accountant – Administration & Coordinator / Business Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with multiple local school district administrations.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, budgets, and reports.
- Prepare detailed payroll budgeting schedules to assist management in budgeting goals and staffing needs.
- Assist in developing cost formula allowances and recommending cost‑effective policies.
- Monitor local, state, and federal grants to ensure funds are spent within the guidelines of the grant contract.
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the accounting system.
- Assist in coordinating an annual independent audit of financial operations, procedures, and policies.
- Assist personnel in the grant application process with budget and payroll data.
