Finance Analyst provide support to Finance Corporate in JSox/Internal Controls, to review the controls of different BU.
Also is responsible to review the ongoing maintenance of the lease management process related to ASC 842 and IFRS 16.
Also provide support on Closing activities each month and end of Quarters, including reports etc.Responsabilidades:Principal Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting with ongoing maintenance of the lease management process relating to ASC 842 and IFRS 16, including setting up new leases and lease modifications into the lease software (CoStar) and Reviewing invoices and preparing monthly lease journal entries.
- Prepare the monthly IFRS adjustment and forecast about leases.
In addition, prepare annual Business Plan for leases.
- Assist with consolidation of schedules received by locations and prepare the consolidated schedules for reporting to parent company.
