Accountant, General Accounting for Global Payroll

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll Accounting Specialist to lead the payroll accounting function for ADI Streamline payrolls. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll financial reporting, supporting month-end close activities, and maintaining strong internal controls across payroll processes. The successful candidate will manage payroll-related journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash forecasting, while also supporting audit requirements and driving data integrity across HR and payroll systems. This is a highly collaborative role that partners closely with Payroll, HR, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare general ledger journal entries related to payroll, statutory remittances, and employee benefit accruals
• Perform reconciliation of payroll-related accounts, including taxes and employee loan balances
