Job Description

• Preparation of adjusting journal entries duringmonth end accounting close procedure
  
• Preparation of timely financial reports anddivisional analysis
• Review and reconciliation of profit & lossaccounts. Coordinate transactions with other departments to obtain accuracy ofinformation for financial reporting analysis.
• Computation of tax dues and preparation ofmonthly, quarterly, and annual BIR tax returns (1601E, 1601F, VAT, Income tax,Percentage taxes, etc.)
• Prepare required attachments to BIR returns(alpha lists and listing reinforcements, etc.)
• Adhere to other BIR, PEZA and SEC statutoryrequirements
• Up-to-date with BIR issuances andpronouncements; Involvement in tax audit procedures with the BI (preferred)
• Assist in the preparation of audited financialstatements
