ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain day-to-day accounting activities
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger management
• Ensure accurate recording of all transactions
• Manage payroll processing, staff salaries, and benefits
• Monitor and control company expenses and budgets
• Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns in compliance with FTA regulations
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance
• Coordinate with management for financial planning and reporting
• Track and manage invoices, quotations, and supplier payments

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience (preferably in UAE)
• Strong knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel
• Proven experience in UAE VAT filing and compliance
