The incumbent will ensure the daily Finance & Accounting processes run properly in timely manner. The role will also perform treasury, audit and taxation tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensure daily Finance/Accounting/Audit process (A/R, A/P, G/L Fixed Assets, Treasury, and Audit) run properly in timely manner
- Support Treasury activities and related report including but not limited to Hedging, RGI Applications, Cash Flow Management, Liquidity Planning, Deviation Analsysis, etc.
- Coordinate with tax consultant to ensure timely local tax reporting E.g. WHT, DST, FBT, VAT Returns, etc.
- Handle the preparation of supporting documents/ annexes in accordance to mandatory checklist and secure the necessary clearances or certifications required for the submission of VAT Refund with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
- Support during tax audit and preparation of supporting schedules and/or documents
