Accountant (Barcelona)

SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Senior Finance Manager, the Accountant is responsible for the accounting in the Netherlands, including Consolidation and France, as well as assisting the Finance Director with all Finance-related duties. This position is also responsible for filing and performing a wide range of clerical duties involved in support of Finance and Operations department.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for all tasks involved in the General Accounting of our company in The Netherlands and France.
2. Consolidation at NL level of all PELI EMEA companies. Deal with consultants and auditors related to this task.
3. Responsible of the accounting of a third company in the group (TBD).
4. Check supplier invoices.
5. Accounting entries.
6. Bank Reconciliations.
7. A/P aging & payment procedures.
8. Interact with service providers to ensure efficient operations.
