Job Description

• Prepare monthly financial statements for multiple store locations.
• Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Book and manage accruals during month-end close.
• Support store-level financial reporting and performance tracking.
• Research and respond to sales director and internal finance queries.
• Assist in audit requirements and documentation preparation.
• File business licenses, sales tax, and related regulatory submissions.
• Support month-end close process (Controller retains final ownership of financial statements).

Qualifications

• Experience in bank reconciliations and journal entries.
• Demonstrates basic understanding of month-end close processes.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English.
