The Brand Lead acts as the operational and creative guardian of assigned beauty brands, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality e‑commerce content across multiple European markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as brand guardian, ensuring all outputs comply with brand guidelines and client requirements.
• Maintain strong day‑to‑day communication with internal stakeholders and ensure alignment on priorities.
• Support the Client Lead in managing client expectations and delivery status.
• Escalate risks, delays or issues proactively, proposing practical solutions.
• Lead, supervise and support a team of 8–10 Project Managers;
