Account Services Intern

**SUMMARY**
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
Job responsibilities will be varied but will include:
- Provide day-to-day support to our Client Services team
- Provide administrative support; processing/updating insurance enrollments and document fulfillment
- Update and maintain marketing databases
- A variety of other duties related to service and supporting our clients
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- English speaking/reading/writing ability is required
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to international education preferred
- Previous health insurance knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Customer service or phone-related experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment where you will have to learn and adapt on the fly
- This person would also need strong attention to detail skills and the ability to multitask.
