Account Service Representative

• Manage an assigned block of clients, delivering consistent and proactive service
• Host employee meetings and training sessions for plan administrators (in‑person and virtual)
• Educate plan members and administrators about their group insurance and retirement benefits
• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or meetings with professionalism and care
• Act as a liaison between clients, insurance carriers, and internal teams
