As an Account Service Executive, this role is the communication bridge between clients and the internal production team. We are looking for someone who can create clarity between clients and execution teams, not just relay messages. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and able to manage client relationships while ensuring projects move smoothly internally.
Key Responsibilities
- Client onboarding and setup
- Main communication bridge between client and internal team
- Manage client servicing and relationship maintenance
- Coordinate timelines, feedback, approvals, and deliverables
- Follow up with clients to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor posting schedules and campaign progress
- Conduct and create performance review reporting for clients
- Escalate issues and solve operational bottlenecks quickly
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention
