Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide sales administrative support.
- Review, verify and process invoices.
- Handling DO, PO, Invoices and shipping advice.
- Support the sales and finance department to ensure success and smooth transaction.
- Manage and ensure accurate, and timely payment disbursement.
- Maintain proper accounting record and filling in accounting system.
- Support in any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
