Account Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Establish financial processes and implement related systems
• Assess financial regulatory information to support compliance and decision-making
• Manage cash and cash equivalents, and handle banking transactions
• Handle daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
• Manage tax filings and withholding processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports.
• Support external audits and assist in tax reporting and compliance with relevant regulations.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with 2 years of relevant experience in an accounting firm or a financial/accounting-related role
• Familiar with financial accounting and tax processes
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay, as the position involves frequent coordination and reporting to the Taiwan headquarters and Mandarin-speaking clients
