- Steers and validates provision of relevant information about the customer in the area of responsibility.
- Validates RFQ conditions, customer project portfolio development, and realization of potential customer target costs.
- Evaluates product changes regarding commercial factors.
- Drives the business on customer or car line level (margin contribution), strategic business planning and operational reporting.
- Approves and steers measures execution for margin improvements.
- Decides and negotiates with the customer to optimise production costs.
- Acts as first contact person for the customer and coordinates all escalations.
- Manages positive positioning of LEONI at the customer regarding image, marketing and brand.
