The Role
The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of restaurants and be responsible for the full customer lifecycle, from bringing the restaurants onto the OpenTable network to supporting them on how to use and get the most from being an OpenTable customer.
This role requires regular travel in the Mexico market, the United States, and may require travel to Central America, South America, the Caribbean and other countries. A U.S. Visa is required for this position.
This is not a sales position.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and build upon existing high-level relationships to serve as a trusted advisor to Restaurants.
- Assist restaurant management with configuration to optimize reservation flow.
- Complete detailed report templates on the installation for Technical Support staff at OpenTable.
