McFarlane Insurance is a growing community‑focused Desjardins Agency in Whitby. We’re looking for a confident Account Manager who is comfortable with outbound sales, enjoys lead generation, and thrives on being active in the community to grow business.

Licensing (OTL or LLQP) is preferred — but if you’re a strong, motivated salesperson ready to get licensed, we’ll fully support you through the process.
