Account Manager

Jordilis is a packaging production company based in Vila Nova de Gaia, exporting to distributors across Europe. We’re looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our commercial team and support our continued international growth.

What you’ll do:

- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients in Portugal and across Europe

- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal operations

- Monitor orders, deadlines and deliveries, anticipating issues before they arise

- Negotiate commercial terms and present proposals

- Work closely with logistics, production and invoicing teams

What we’re looking for

- Experience in account management, sales or customer success

- Fluent English - mandatory (daily communication with European clients)

- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
