The Role

This role will oversee a team of Key Account Managers who leverage the entire Slice platform to support small business owners. You will manage a portfolio of Key Accounts, handle escalations, cancellations, and customer complaints. You will ensure shop partners receive proactive, solutions‑oriented support that exceeds expectations and cross‑functionally partner with Slice teams to apply the shop success checklist to all Key Accounts. Additionally, you will contribute to the growth and success of your team, enhancing team performance and shop partner satisfaction. The position is full-time, with working hours from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST.
