  • Manage and grow key national retail accounts across Canada, including major pharmacy and mass retail partners
  • Own the full account lifecycle: from onboarding and contracts through to execution and growth

Business Development & Program Building

  • Identify and secure new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
  • Build and execute account-specific programs to drive sell-through and brand visibility
  • Partner with buyers to negotiate listings, promotions, and merchandising plans
  • Support planogram development and in-store execution to maximize performance

Market Intelligence & Field Engagement

  • Conduct store visits and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail partners through regular communication and in-person engagement
