As an Account Manager, you will join Skello's Account Strategist division, a strategic role at the crossroads of sales and customer satisfaction. Our mission? To drive revenue growth post-sale and secure our revenue by retaining our existing client base.
At the heart of our team, you are the engine of client growth, with two clear objectives:
- Perform on Upsells: Transform additional sales opportunities into signed contracts.
- Fight Churn: Negotiate to retain clients and secure our long-term revenue.
