We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Account Manager to oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions for our Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) business. Reporting directly to the (Management/Directors/CFO), you will ensure strong financial governance, manage multi-outlet clinic operations, oversee inventory control, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities & Job Scope
1. Financial Reporting & Operations
- Manage the full spectrum of financial and management accounting (full set of accounts) for the company and its subsidiaries/clinics.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and general ledger management.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
