We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Manager to lead our accounting team and oversee the company's financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing leadership to a team of Accounts Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and cash flow management.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of 2–4 Accounts Executives to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of accounting activities.
- Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reports prepared by the team.
