About the role
You will be responsible for increasing the platform usage of a portfolio of customers by building relationships, learning their business model, and discovering their concerns or pain points.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English
- Being able to work based on the Eastern US time zone (EST)
- Experience in B2B account management and/or B2B sales
- Experience in logistics or courier operations is a plus but not required
