Responsibilities
- Develop & execute a strategic social media plan for NAD and/or its clients
- Create engaging content that resonates with target audience
- Manage TikTok account/s and live content and data
- Manage & schedule content across platforms
- Act as the primary contact to facilitate and maintain professional relationships between clients and the company
- Attend to & propose solutions aligned with clients’ service requests
- Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments on marketing initiatives
- Perform ad hoc tasks in line with the department and accounts handled
Job Requirements
