Your main responsibilities

1. Account Management

• Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong relationships
• Monitor customer requirements (Legal, ESG, compliance)
• Lead negotiations with customers and supply base
• Manage contracts, renewals, and customer assets (molds, tools, equipment)
• Monitor forecasts, POs, and provide capacity feedback
• Manage product/tool lifecycle and related invoicing
