Launchpad's AI-powered platform**
. You'll be responsible for the complete client journey from onboarding through ongoing success, working closely with our technical experts to deliver exceptional results and drive client retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Implementation:
- Lead client onboarding process for new Launchpad customers, ensuring smooth transition from their previous platforms
- Develop customized 90 day plans tailored to each client's industry, size, and specific requirements
Coordinate with GHL (GoHighLevel) experts to configure and optimize all platform features including but not limited to:
CRM setup and data migration
