The Sr. Account Manager – R&D will be responsible for driving business growth across strategic R&D accounts within IDG (Intelligent Devices Group) and ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group). The role focuses on enterprise account management, solution selling, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in engineering and R&D-led organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned R&D/engineering accounts across IDG & ISG portfolios
  • Drive revenue, margin, and market share for PCs, workstations, servers, storage, and solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and acquire new logos
  • Engage with CXOs, CTOs, engineering heads, and procurement teams to understand business needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, product, technical, and partner ecosystem) to design customized solutions
