ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and organized Account Manager to support one of our key enterprise clients in Mexico. This is a part-time role ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with clients, coordinating tasks, and learning how enterprise IT operations work in a real-world environment.
You will act as the local point of contact, helping ensure smooth communication, timely issue resolution, and clear status updates between the client and technical teams.
This role offers hands-on exposure to account management, client operations, and IT service coordination with training and support provided.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Act as the on-the-ground contact for the client in Mexico
- Triage, track, and follow up on support tickets and service requests
